If a deposit is paid the refund will be paid into the client's UK account.

For private bookings, the full balance is to be paid two calendar months before the arrival date.

 Weekly bookings are normally Friday 4pm to Friday 10am. Christmas and New Year are four days minimum and negotiable dates.

 The bedrooms are arranged as three doubles and two twins.

Double-bed rooms cannot be converted to twin rooms and twin rooms cannot be converted to double rooms.

  Available by prior arrangement : one folding single bed with bedding and towels, two soft cots with mattresses and under-blanket.

Two high chairs always available.

Dogs £10 for 1 or 2. Additional, please enquire.

CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR
minimum 4 nights.
The sitting-room and dining room will be decorated and Christmas trees provided unless requested otherwise.

CANCELLATIONS

Any payments made can be held for a transferred booking date.

We advise taking out and checking the terms of any cancellation insurance before arrival.

More than eight weeks notice : full refund less £25 admin fee.

Four to eight weeks notice: 50% refund if not re-let, 95% if re-let.

Less that four weeks notice: 20% refund if not re-let, 95% if re-let.
